Part Time Receptionist – 4 days a week

Clinic details:
Our busy integrative clinic is open 6 days a week and currently has 4 Chiropractors and Osteopaths, plus a Remedial Massage Therapist and a consulting Endocrinologist.
We are offering a permanent part time position of approximately 20 to 25 hours a week across four days (including Saturdays)

Why do what we do.

Responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to): 
  • Welcoming patients to the clinic
  • Managing existing and new client appointments
  • Answering and returning calls and emails
  • Payments, HICAPS, Medicare and DVA claims
  • Scanning documents
  • Product and stationery inventory
  • Light cleaning and laundry
  • Other administrative duties as necessary
The role is suited to a vibrant, positive, heart-centred and highly organised allied health/medical career receptionist looking for a new challenge.If you are the right person for this position, you will:
  • Have experience in allied health and/or medical reception and administration
  • Be self-motivated and proactive
  • Be personal accountable and have meticulous attention to detail
  • Have good time management skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be looking for a career/long term role in health administration
  • Experience with Cliniko is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
You must have a current:
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Working with Children check
