As a dietitian, Rebecca is passionate about supporting individuals to feel well, reach their personal health goals and develop a healthy relationship with food without restriction. Rebecca provides an individualised approach with each client she works with, considering their personal needs to provide achievable recommendations to help clients reach their goals. She strives to educate and support her clients by translating evidence into practical real-life strategies.
She enjoys empowering people to manage chronic health conditions with a holistic approach, taking into account each individuals’ whole lifestyle. Rebecca has special interests in the role nutrition plays in gut health, mental health and hormone related conditions.
Rebecca’s passion is helping her clients achieve their goals and to encourage them to make positive changes to their lives. She is able to help with the following:
