    Kieran started working in the health industry in 2010 as a personal trainer whilst still studying his bachelor of science at Victoria University. When he finished his masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) in 2013, he immediately started working at South Eastern Sports and South Eastern Active Health. He has since gone on to complete Dry Needling Therapy and RockTape therapy certifications as well as numerous personal training professional development related courses.

Using his background as an athlete and coach as a foundation, he has developed a diverse treatment style that utilises soft tissue and trigger point therapy, dry needling,  joint mobilisation, gentle joint manipulation, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning exercises to not just restore, but improve your health and wellbeing.

With an extensive sporting background, Kieran has a special interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation.

Kieran is also proficient and experienced in the management of;

  •  Neck and back pain
  •  Headaches and migraines
  •  Muscle injuries (strains, tears and ruptures)
  •  Joint injuries (sprains, locking and inflammation)
  •  Ligament and tendon injuries
  •  Postural correction
  •  Overuse and RSI injuries

In his spare time, Kieran is one of Australia’s premier Crossfit Athletes. Crossfit is the sport of fitness, incorporating gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, bodyweight movements and cardio. He was ranked 4th at the 2012 Australia and New Zealand Crossfit championships. He also manages to find time to complete triathlons, fun runs, golf, tennis and any other sport you can think of!
